Using Quick Search

1. On the top right hand side of your FireMate navigation bar, select an item from the dropdown such as Customers, Contracts, Properties etc
2. Enter the name of the item into the blank field provided
3. Select the magnifying glass or [enter] on your keyboard

Using Master Search

1. Select [Search] from your FireMate navigation bar
2. Select an item from the dropdown such as Customers, Contracts, Properties etc
3. Configure the remainder of the fields that you require
4. Select [Search]
