When to use this feature

Where defects are identical or similar (such as require the same labour and materials, hence pricing the defects the same). FireMate allows you to price on defects and copy that price to all or selected defects on the same quote.

Add a price to a Quote Item

1. On a Quote in FireMate, select [Quote Items] tab
2. Add an item to the Quote (such as a defect)
3. Double-click a Quote Item from the list
4. Complete the "Quote Price" section of the item
5. Select [Add Price to Defect]
6. Select [Save]

Copy a price to one Quote Item

1. Once a price has been added to the Quote Item, right-click the Quote Item you would like to copy the price from
2. Select [Copy Quoted Costs to Clipboard]
   
3. Right-click the Quote Item you would like to paste the copied cost to
4. Select [Paste Quoted Costs from Item...]
   

Copy a price to all other Quote Items

1. Once a price has been added to the Quote Item, right-click the Quote Item you would like to copy the price from
2. Select [Copy this Quoted Costs to all other items]
   
3. Read the prompt, and select [Yes] to continue to copy the quoted cost to all other items on the quote.
4. Check to ensure all quoted items have the same Quoted Cost
