      How to update FireMate Desktop

      Ensure you're getting the latest updates from FireMate!

      To apply the most recent releases to your FireMate database, be sure to launch your FireMate Software application from your Windows Start Menu.

      FireMate updates may not occur where FireMate is being opened from a desktop shortcut, or pinned icon.   

      Update your FireMate in 3 easy steps: 

      1. Select your Start Menu
      2. Type "FireMate"
      3. Select the "FireMate Desktop" application
