Your FireMate database code ensures you're accessing the right FireMate database for your company. Here's how to find and manage it!

Locate the FireMate Database Code
- From your FireMate navigation bar, select [Admin]

Select [Database Manager]
- View a list of the available databases
Most FireMate databases only have two available in the list, a live database and a training database.
Add an additional FireMate Database Code
- Locate the FireMate Database Code
- At the bottom of the list, select [Add Database]
- Enter the "Database Code", "Username" and "Password" into the available fields
- Select [Verify]
Delete a FireMate Database Code
- Locate the FireMate Database Code
- From the list, select the database you would like to delete
- Select [Delete Entry]
Change the order of the available FireMate Database Codes
- Locate the FireMate Database Code
- From the list, select the database you would like recorder
- Select [Move Up] and/or [Move Down] to change the order of the codes in the list
Set a Primary FireMate Database Codes
- Locate the FireMate Database Code

From the list, select the database you would like to set as your Primary database
- This will be the database that is automatically selected when launching the FireMate Desktop application.
- Select [Set as Primary]
