Locate and manage your FireMate Database Codes

Your FireMate database code ensures you're accessing the right FireMate database for your company. Here's how to find and manage it!

Locate the FireMate Database Code

1. From your FireMate navigation bar, select [Admin]
2. Select [Database Manager]
   
3. View a list of the available databases

Add an additional FireMate Database Code

1. Locate the FireMate Database Code
2. At the bottom of the list, select [Add Database]
3. Enter the "Database Code", "Username" and "Password" into the available fields
4. Select [Verify]

Delete a FireMate Database Code

1. Locate the FireMate Database Code
2. From the list, select the database you would like to delete
3. Select [Delete Entry]

Change the order of the available FireMate Database Codes

1. Locate the FireMate Database Code
2. From the list, select the database you would like recorder
3. Select [Move Up] and/or [Move Down] to change the order of the codes in the list 

Set a Primary FireMate Database Codes

1. Locate the FireMate Database Code
2. From the list, select the database you would like to set as your Primary database
   1. This will be the database that is automatically selected when launching the FireMate Desktop application.  
3. Select [Set as Primary]
