When to use this feature
FireMate provides the ability for FireMate Administrators to log into the Customer Portal as another user. This feature is a huge benefit in that it allows FireMate Administrators to view the exact same version of the Customer Portal that the Customer Portal user can access.
How to view the Customer Portal as another user
To access the Customer Portal as another user:
- Locate the Customer that the Customer Portal user is associated to
- Select the "Customer Details" tab
- From the "Portal Users" section, double-click a user
FireMate will automatically log the FireMate Administrator in, displaying the same view the Customer Portal user has access to.
