Note: If you have internal or outsource IT you will need to ask them to add 2.0 folder in your antivirus exception for all your users.

How to set this for AVG?
- Open AVG AntiVirus, Select [Menu] then [Settings]
- Select [General], [Exceptions] then select [Add Exception]
- Type the specific file/folder path or URL into the text box, then select [Add Exception]
- Select [Browse], tick the box next to the file or folder, then select [OK]
How to set this for Avast?
- Open Avast Antivirus, select [Menu] then [Settings}
- Select [General], [Exceptions] then select [Add Exception]
- Type the specific file / folder path or URL into the text box, then select [Add Exception]
- Select [Browse], tick the box next to a file or folder, then select [OK] and Add Exception
How to set this for Norton?
- Open your Norton device security product
- If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, select [Open]
- In the Norton product main window, select [Settings]
- In the Settings window, select [Antivirus]
- In the Antivirus settings window, select the [Scans and Risks] tab.
- Under Exclusions / Low Risks, do one of the following:
- In the Items to Exclude from Scans row, select Configure.
- In the Items to Exclude from Auto-Protect, Script Control, Behavioral Protection and Download Intelligence Detection row, select [Configure]
- In the window that appears, select [Add Folders] or [Add Files]
You can assign exclusions to local drives, folders, groups of files, single files, or network drives. However, your Norton product does not support exclusions for files on a network. If you add a network drive to the exclusion list, make sure that the drive is connected to your computer. - In the Add Item dialog box, select the [browse] icon.
- In the dialog box that appears, select the item that you want to exclude from the scan.
- When you add folders, you can specify whether to include or exclude subfolders.
- Select [OK]
- In the Add Item dialog box, select [OK]
- In the window that appears, select [Apply], then select [OK]
How to set this for Trend Micro?
- Open Trend Micro, then select [Settings]
- Select [Exception Lists]
- Select an item to add - Choose Programs/folders, then select [+Add]
- Select [Browse], then look for 2.0 folder -
(C:\Users\[user profile]\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0 ) - Select [Apply], then select [OK]
