Note : If you have internal or outsource IT you will need to ask them to add 2.0 folder in your antivirus exception for all your users.

How to set this for AVG?

  1. Open AVG AntiVirus, Select [Menu] then [Settings]
  2. Select [General], [Exceptions] then select [Add Exception]
  3. Type the specific file/folder path or URL into the text box, then select [Add Exception]
  4. Select [Browse], tick the box next to the file or folder, then select [OK]

How to set this for Avast?

  1. Open Avast Antivirus, select [Menu] then [Settings}
  2. Select [General], [Exceptions] then select [Add Exception]
  3. Type the specific file / folder path or URL into the text box, then select [Add Exception]
  4. Select [Browse], tick the box next to a file or folder, then select [OK] and Add Exception

How to set this for Norton?

  1. Open your Norton device security product
    • If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, select [Open]
  2. In the Norton product main window, select [Settings]
  3. In the Settings window, select [Antivirus]
  4. In the Antivirus settings window, select the [Scans and Risks] tab.
  5. Under Exclusions / Low Risks, do one of the following:
    1. In the Items to Exclude from Scans row, select Configure.
    2. In the Items to Exclude from Auto-Protect, Script Control, Behavioral Protection and Download Intelligence Detection row, select [Configure]
  6. In the window that appears, select [Add Folders] or [Add Files]
    You can assign exclusions to local drives, folders, groups of files, single files, or network drives. However, your Norton product does not support exclusions for files on a network. If you add a network drive to the exclusion list, make sure that the drive is connected to your computer.
  7. In the Add Item dialog box, select the [browse] icon.
  8. In the dialog box that appears, select the item that you want to exclude from the scan.
  9. When you add folders, you can specify whether to include or exclude subfolders.
  10. Select [OK]
  11. In the Add Item dialog box, select [OK]
  12. In the window that appears, select [Apply], then select [OK]

How to set this for Trend Micro?

  1. Open Trend Micro, then select [Settings]
  2. Select [Exception Lists]
  3. Select an item to add - Choose Programs/folders, then select [+Add]
  4. Select [Browse], then look for 2.0 folder -
    (C:\Users\ [user profile] \AppData\Local\Apps\2.0 )
  5. Select [Apply], then select [OK]
